- The project is running along the golf course, 20 meters from the fence.
- The view is accessible all around the project as they are mountains everywhere.
- They are six blocks in the project.
- Block A, B, and C are exact copies.
- Block D, E and F are copies with one difference: as they are connected together, the plans slightly change on some floors (level 1 of D, level 1 of E and Level 2 of F).
- Block E has got one extra floor.
- All the apartments come none furnished. Furniture packages from UNIK are available for the project.

- Maintenance fee will be between 12 and 14 euros per meter square.
